Data Deletion Instructions

Effective October 9, 2026

You can ask Meeting Pair LLC to delete the data BOR Engine holds about you or your firm, including data we received from Facebook and Instagram.

Request deletion

• Email reese@meetingpair.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
• Include the name and email on your BOR Engine account, and the Facebook Page or Instagram account involved, if any.
• We confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. We’ll email you when it’s done.

Remove BOR Engine’s access on Facebook

• On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations.
• Find BOR Engine and click Remove. This stops all new data collection immediately.
• Removing access does not erase data we already hold. Send the email above to have it deleted.

What gets deleted

Your account details, uploaded videos and recordings, transcripts, scripts, meeting and pipeline records, and any data retrieved from your connected Meta accounts. We may keep limited records where the law requires it (for example, billing records), and we will tell you if that applies.
