Privacy Policy
Effective October 9, 2026
BOR Engine (app.bor-engine.com) is operated by Meeting Pair LLC (“Meeting Pair,” “we,” “us”). BOR Engine helps insurance and benefits professionals plan, record, publish and measure content on their own personal-brand accounts, and track the conversations and meetings that content produces. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, the firm you belong to and your role. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes.
- Content you provide: video and audio you upload, call recordings and transcripts, scripts, captions, notes and onboarding details such as social handles and booking links.
- Meetings and pipeline data: information about prospective clients that you or your scheduling tools add, such as name, company, employee count, plan funding type, renewal date and meeting status.
- Data from Meta (Facebook and Instagram): when you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram professional account or ad account, and grant permission, we access the data those permissions allow: Page and account profile details, posts and media you publish through BOR Engine, comments and direct messages on your accounts, performance insights, and advertising account data such as campaigns, spend and results.
- Data from other connected tools: such as booking details from Calendly or conversation data from ManyChat, when you connect them.
- Technical data: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) used for security and troubleshooting.
How we use information
- To provide the service: store and organize your content, run the review and approval workflow, publish approved posts, run and report on ads you authorize, and show attribution from content to conversations, meetings and signed business.
- To research and draft content topics and scripts for you, using publicly available information (for example news, public websites and public social media posts).
- To reply to comments and messages and to qualify and route prospective clients, as configured by you.
- To secure, maintain and improve BOR Engine, and to communicate with you about your account.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use data obtained from Meta for any purpose other than providing BOR Engine to the account owner who connected it.
How information is shared
- Within your firm’s workspace: people your firm and Meeting Pair add to the workspace can see its content and data according to their role.
- Service providers that process data on our behalf under contract: cloud hosting, database and file storage (Railway), AI processing for drafting and analysis (Anthropic), messaging automation (ManyChat), scheduling (Calendly), and public-web research tools (such as Apify and Exa).
- Platforms you direct us to post to, such as Facebook and Instagram, which receive the content you approve for publishing.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of users and the public.
Retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as your workspace is active or as needed to provide the service. When you disconnect a Meta account, we stop collecting new data from it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time; see our data deletion instructions. We complete deletion requests within 30 days, except where we must keep certain records to meet legal obligations.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Access is limited by role, uploaded files are private and only served through short-lived signed links, and access to production systems is restricted to authorized Meeting Pair staff.
Your choices
- Access, correct or delete your information by contacting us.
- Disconnect Facebook or Instagram at any time from your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations) or by asking us.
- Opt out of non-essential emails from us at any time.
Children
BOR Engine is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify account owners.
